Founded on 30th June 2025, the program is built on discipline, consistency, and high-level skill development. With a focus on precision, intensity, and consistency, each session is built to develop elite skills, sharpen game IQ, and strengthen mindset.

MEET OUR FOUNDER & COACH
Michele SOKOUDJOU FOTSING
Michele is a 22 years old professional basketball player born in Cameroon. She brings passion, discipline, and dedication to the game of basketball. With over 8 years of experience on the court, she has developed not only strong technical skills but also a deep understanding of the game and what it takes to grow as an athlete.
Her journey has taken her across Africa, playing in Kenya, Tanzania, Egypt and Uganda, and today she continues her career in Dubai.
In June 2025, she founded Elevate Training by Michèle with a clear vision: to help athletes unlock their full potential, build confidence, and elevate their performance both on and off the court. Through structured training, mentorship, and a commitment to excellence, she is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of players.
